The race to win the Evergreen Premier League got a bit tighter on Saturday July 22 as Seattle Stars FC drew 0-0 with Washington Premier South Sound at French Field in Kent while Bellingham United took a 3-1 away result over Vancouver Victory in Ridgefield.

The results still leave Seattle in control of their own destiny. If they win their final  match away at Vancouver on July 29 the Stars will win the EPLWA. Bellingham has two matches left, Sunday July 23 at home against the Olympic Force and Sunday July 30 at home against Yakima United. If the Hammers win both (and they will be favored to do so at home) then they would need Seattle to draw or lose at Vancouver. If it plays out that…
