BELLINGHAM, WA— (club release) There is plenty to be excited about for this upcoming 2017 Evergreen Premier League season. Kickoff is this Sunday at 3 PM with Bellingham being one of three teams to host home openers. The anticipation is a culmination of the momentum built from the Bellingham United’s most recent Western Indoor Soccer League (WISL) Championship indoor season, core players returning, and reinforcements that will make immediate impacts upon their arrival.
The Hammers finished as semi-finalist’s in the PASL national indoor tournament and as back to back champions in the Western Indoor Soccer League. Much of the team who traveled to Nationals in Phoenix makes up the outdoor team alongside with the assistance of some fresh faces.
