New batch of EPLWA Player of the Week socks arrive for 2017

BELLINGHAM,WA— A brand new batch of Rock’em Socks EPLWA Player of the Week socks have arrived at league HQ in Bellingham. The socks are awarded to offensive and defensive standouts weekly during the Evergreen Premier League season.

The socks have become an annual tradition in the EPLWA and players wear them with pride as a symbol of their prowess on the pitch.

A fortunate few have more than one pair of socks. See the table below for all the owners of socks for 2015 and 2016.

Five players have won offensive socks twice: Nick Cashmere (Hammers),  Fernando Alvarez (Shadow), Hector Valdovinos (Hoppers), Eleazar Galvan (Wenatchee) and Tyler Bjork (Hammers / Stars.)  Three have won defender socks twice: Dennis Stevenson (Hoppers), Tony Watters (Shadow) and Brady Ulen (Shadow.)

Who will slip into a comfortable pair in 2017?
