TACOMA, WA—South Sound Football Club of the Evergreen Premier League (EPLWA) is making plans to reunite two Australian soccer players who grew up playing together and have since come to the States to play college ball. As a part of the process, the Shock are also looking for host families for the Aussie pair and other possible spring-summer visiting players.
“We are excited to bring Thomas (Tommy) Torzsok and Rhys Lambert to Tacoma this summer to play with South Sound FC,” says Shock Head Coach Adam Becker. “They both have played at a very competitive level in the NCAA’s, and we look forward to seeing how they might blend in with the local players on and off of the pitch.”
