Vancouver Victory are the 2016 Champions of the Evergreen Premier League after they beat the Olympic Force 3-2 on Sunday in Bremerton. The trophy was actually clinched during the Vancouver match when South Sound rallied to beat Bellingham 3-2 in Tacoma.
