TACOMA, WA—John Crouch has had a whirlwind experience over the last two years in local soccer. He’s been at the front of founding the Evergreen Premier League and the Western Indoor Soccer League (WISL). He owns and manages the South Sound Shock. He is helping re-establish the Tacoma Stars in pro indoor soccer. EPLWA Director of Communications David Falk talked with Crouch about Shock preparations for the 2015 season.
