TUKWILA, WA — Seattle Stars FC are currently the only Evergreen Premier League (website) club taking the pitch for matches. The Stars are in the Starfire Premier League, as they had previously planned on before also being accepted into statewide play in the EPLWA.

Over the weekend Merwin Peters of Metro Video Producer (website) recorded highlights from the Stars match against Pars Lions FC and also did an interview with Seattle head coach Alex Kajumulo. You can see both videos below.
The club has been fighting injuries and also seeing lots of players as they scout for the spring. The Stars fell behind early but then rallied for a big win.
